WHO WE ARE?
ÖZGÜR TEFE
Özgür graduated from Bilkent University’s Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. Over the years, he worked in tourism and then in the family business serving consumers with high-end optical products. He earned solid experience in international fairs, consumer markets and supplier relations.
He started as a sailing instructor in 2016 and quickly chased his passion to become an international sailing instructor. He holds the Turkish YY5 Sailing Yacht Instructor Certificate, Medical First Aid Certification, VHF Short Range Radio Operator Certificate and Commercial Yacht Master Certificate for boats under 149 GT.
Özgür is one of the most secure, fun and knowledgeable instructors you can find in Fethiye and Gocek.
PINAR ERZİN
Pinar is an international entrepreneur who carries Dutch nationality. Next to Most Sailing, she is Founder and Chair of the Board of an international company with its headquarters in the Netherlands.
As co-founder, Pinar overlooks the commercial strategy of Most Sailing to ensure best customer experience and manage agent relations. With her global business acumen, she is passionate about the happiness of customers and investors. Pinar is a master traveler with over 20 years of international experience. She truly understands the needs of our customers and ensures they get everything they want during their sailing holiday.
